Remember, every clients situation and need is different. TR & Associates will keep this in mind when designing a plan of attack for you.

Can you repair my spouse’s or significant other’s credit reports at the same time?

Yes. For an additional $150.00 we will process separate dispute letters for your spouse or significant other. TR & Associates treats each individual as a separate client and will proceed to work for each client with equal persistence and dedication.

Is credit repair legal?

Absolutely. By law, you as a consumer, have a right to dispute anything on your credit reports. Once disputed the burden of proof rests on the credit bureaus to verify the information. If the credit bureau is unable to verify the information it must be removed from your credit reports.

Do I need an attorney to repair my credit?

No. You need someone experienced with credit repair and a knowledge of laws and your rights. TR & Associates has been successfully repairing credit since 1991.

Are their any hidden costs?

No. We charge a flat fee (see our pricing page). We do not charge a continuous monthly fee or charge additional for more disputes. Our job is to get your credit profile looking the best it can as quickly as possible and that is our entire focus. We will work up to a full 12 months if necessary for no additional fee.

We will assign two TR & Associates credit consultants to work on your credit reports. These consultants will have a minimum of 10 years of combined credit repair experience; therefore we will leave no stone unturned in providing you the best service possible.
